I'm going to China tomorrow. With my cousin Zandra, who is very awesome. I haven't spent more than 10 minutes alone with her since we were adults so I'm really looking forward to this trip with her. She has turned into a really cool person (who are we kidding, she was always cool) and it's going to be fun getting to know her even better.
I have almost everything I need to pack sitting in a laundry basket, all organized, but not in bags. What is it about packing that I never want to do it until it's time to go? I did get all my paperwork together last week, which is way more important than hand sanitizer and clothing.
Two months ago I told Chris I needed a new passport sized photo of him since he wasn't coming. It's required for some paperwork once I'm in China. Guess what I'm still missing? I guess I'm not the only procrastinator! With these genetics, our kids don't have a chance! I see a lot of 2am study sessions in my future with them...
I will be in China until the 18th of October. I may not be able to access email, facebook or this blog. Then again, I may be able to. Please think about me and my family and pray for us while we are apart. I'm so nervous that this new little one is going to be scared of me, and feel kidnapped. We could all use prayers to help things go more smoothly. Please, and Thank You! Also, this is Zandra's first passport stamp worthy trip! That is exciting! Pray for her too!
